Poster Guidelines
Poster size: A0 (841 mm × 1189 mm), portrait orientation.
Format: There is no specific template or layout requirement. Presenters may design their posters freely.
Note for Remote Presenters: Please include your email address on the poster so participants can contact you with questions.
Printing & Display
In-Person Presenters:
Each presenter is responsible for preparing and bringing their own printed poster to the conference venue.
Posters should be mounted in the designated area before the poster session and removed after the session ends. Mounting materials will be provided at the venue.
Remote Presenters:
Please submit your poster file (PDF or high-resolution image) to the secretariat by 30 November.
The LOC will print and display your poster at the venue on your behalf.
Short Oral Presentation for Posters (3 minutes) (Optional for general presenters, MANDATORY for Student Poster Award candidates)
Who presents? Participation is optional for all poster presenters, but mandatory for those applying for the Student Poster Award. Failure to present will result in exclusion from the award selection.
Presentation Method:
The LOC will project your slides. Presenters will speak in order via microphone (in-person) or Zoom audio (remote).
Slide format: Preferred aspect ratio 16:9. Animations are allowed.

The last field (yes/no) indicates whether you are a Student Poster Award candidate.

Session schedule Short oral presentations for posters will be held on 3 December 2025. Please join the Zoom meeting (link sent via email) well in advance.
Presentation Format
Format: Hybrid (via Zoom).
Platform: All presentations (both In-Person and Remote) will be conducted via Zoom.
Instructions for Presenters
Preparation:
In-Person Presenters: Please bring your own laptop with Zoom installed. Ensure you can connect to the internet at the venue.
Remote Presenters: Please ensure a stable internet connection and test your microphone/camera in advance.
During the Session:
Access the Zoom link (sent via email) before your session starts.
Screen Sharing: You are required to share your own slides using the "Share Screen" function in Zoom.
Audio & Video: Please turn on your microphone and camera only during your presentation.
(Note for In-Person Presenters: Please follow the chair's instructions regarding audio settings to prevent feedback echoes.)
